Viviane your great. If you could give me a straight answer as why you say God does not exist I would appreciate it, otherwise continuing this conversation is going nowhere. Viviane I am an athiest, but you are the respected celebrated lawyer and expert on this board, alwaysgiving giving a funeral to those that believe in God. Personally I have no problem with that, if you could prove God does not exist. But you can't.
My conclusion is even Athiests like Viviane and the Rebel without being able to offer conclusive evidence God does not exist can be wrong.

Viviane I agree the responsibility should "lie with the one making the claim" But for illustration this is why I say " the responsibility does not lie with the one making the claim"
Now let's assume you just came from the election board. Viviane is now sitting on the bench and everything is absolutely legal. We have just discoverd that I voted more than once.Now this is wrong, but do my two votes count ? Unless you can disprove this matter I would suggest they do.
So can you prove God does not exist?

Viviane I am a little lost in the formation of your assertion. It appears to me you are simply stating your personal assurance God does not exist? I am sorry if I appear argumentative, ( I am new to not believing in God) please clarify how does your assertion prove or not prove the existence of God?
